Meetings: Meetings are an important part of all industry credit groups. Even though the Creditworthy program makes it possible to exchange and view trade experiences anytime and anyplace, people find it beneficial to meet in order to discuss not only customer trade experiences, but also industry news and other items of interest. There are several steps involved with a meeting. The first step is for the Host to announce a meeting through the admin portion of the program. A meeting notification is sent to all members advising them of the time and place of the meeting and outlines the steps involved. (See Below). ` a

Gold & Silver Mining Group

Submit Names Report Experience View Meeting	HOST ANNOUNCEMENT Date: 9/9/00 Custom Data Solutions hereby calls a meeting of the Gold & Silver Mining Test GP Industry Credit Group. Members are responsible for completing the following tasks:

	1.	Submit List of companies to be discussed during the meeting.	9/1/00	9/10/00
	2.	Host will then post the full list of Companies from which members are to Report Trade Experience on. Members can provide trade experiences via electronic transfer of records or by manual entry.	9/8/00	9/30/00
	3.	View Meeting will then be held. This is usually open a few days before the actual meeting so that members can view the submitted reports and print them out for the meeting.	9/8/00	9/30/00
