USD 150.00 - FLAT
"NEGOTIATION/PAYMENT" FEE
Every
company that wants to be paid under an Export
Letter of Credit presents shipping documents to a
bank. The international operations department of
a commercial bank usually handles the process of
"Negotiating and Paying" the Letter of
Credit.
Provided
that the shipping documents meet the terms and
conditions of the Export L/C, the bank's
international department will claim reimbursement
for funds, as outlined by the L/C. Commercial
banks charge anywhere from .0010 to .00125 for
this "Negotiation and Payment" service,
plus "out-of-pocket" expenses.
Want to save
time and money?
Looking
for a way to cut banking fees?
Let
Letter of Credit Expediters "Negotiate and
Pay"
your export letter of credit transactions!
|
Instead
of delivering your shipping documents to the bank
for payment, courier them to Letter of Credit
Expediters. Within four (4) hours of receipt, our
"Negotiators" review, check, process,
and advise status of the shipping documents for
payment. As per the terms of the Credit, LCE will
claim reimbursement for funds; usually resulting
in payment to your bank account by federal
reserve wire three (3) days later.
The
difference between Letter of Credit Expediters
and a commercial bank is that LCE charges a flat
"Negotiation/Payment" fee of USD
150.00; instead of the 1/10th or 1/8th percent
bank commission.

Letter
of Credit Expediters cannot eliminate advising
fees or the correspondent bank's reimbursement
charges; but the "Negotiation/Payment"
fees and typical "out-of-pocket"
expenses are minimized to USD 150.00
Regardless
of amount, whether a drawing is for USD 10,000.00
or USD 1 Million, Letter of Credit Expediters
charges a flat "Negotiation/Payment"
fee of USD 150.00 per transaction.
Immeasurable
in this process is the way Letter of Credit
Expediters processes L/C Shipping Documents
within four (4) hours of receipt. Time is money
and by "Negotiating" L/C shipping
documents within the same day of receipt, payment
to your account is achieved all the faster!
Whether
your company handles 100 transactions a month or
one every quarter, Letter of Credit Expediters
can increase bottom-line results and save you
time and energy. If your company has over 50
Export L/C items a month, ask about our
"In-House" Program.
