province. O'Cieran & Middlebrook offers you the same prompt, professional, personal
service in Canada as we guarantee in the United States. The Canadian security interest is markedly distinguished from the American UCC. Canada is divided into provinces. Like our states, each province is distinctly different in its laws. Therefore, different security agreements are needed to comply with the various and conflicting regulations. Additionally, there are noticeable differences from American UCCs with respect to how your collateral is secured and if +/or when proceeds of your collateral are covered within your security interest.
